The Philosophy of Pomegranate House
Why Pomegranates?
Pomegranates have always been very interesting visually and symbolically. There is a saying, that each seed of a pomegranate is a gift from God. The pomegranate has been symbolic in every religion, mythology, and a superfood ever since the ancient world.
The idea of a seed, which is a gift from God, has the possibility to grow into a pomegranate tree. This would allow more godly gifts on the earth, which I believe represents Pomegranate House perfectly. The use of house is to create a platform for ideas or concepts that would provide a healthy way to construct thought, method, and efficiency. Better ideas, new approaches and styles of working would be able to thrive from each corner of the globe. Cultural norms and understandings can allow each region to flourish in their own unique way, by effectively including women by understanding cultural misconception.
The philosophy was created through an understanding of logic and reasoning to global cultures that unintentionally discriminate women. Each religion and culture have a core basis of survival and collective society. These pinpointed differentiation of how the misconception of women derive provides insight into how to eliminate this which would in turn boost GDP. If the discrimination is found within an organisation or team more research is looked at within the subcultures created from influence from their own external cultures. Fears, insights, and misconceptions will be evident into the process of how to provide a healthier working place.
The aim is to effectively integrate women into society by understanding the cultural misconceptions in question. This could be a company, a team, a country, region or within global governance itself. Theories suggest the workplace is a key to provide change within communities. If changes are seen at work, this can trickle down into the personal cultures. This should provide an eradication on unconscious bias and predetermined prejudice that can influence men and women. This will in turn encourage a working persons child, with parental influences they can change the next generations behaviour on the topic. The encouragement a parent can show a young child’s ambition tend to set a precedent of what they expect to achieve.
Pomegranate House is set to naturally evolve to be able to look at other areas, yet with the same concept of individualism, research, and philosophy to be able to identify gaps of governance that would be limiting culture. Pomegranate House runs on an academic theory which translates theorical methods into practical applications.
