Pomegranate House looks to ensure governance structures are without discrimination. This can help break the vicious cycle of the negative association to women, ethnic minority and all other potential demographics. To ensure each project can stay on track, Pomegranate House, will provide a care package to oversee the compliance and accountability element that will ensure gender dividends and equality is maintained.

This will include a long-term monitoring and evaluation of the success and the areas that are more resistant to change and why. This will be compared by the effectiveness of gender dividends, including rise of income and the gender equality within the clients population. Please contact us to discuss what more we can offer.

Consultation

Each project will go through a three step plan: meet and discuss the brief, examine the problem which will include the research and experiments to ensure the clients needs can be created for the overall desire of gender dividends. This will include using Pomegranate House specialists, such as our health, economic or gender specialists that will ensure the ethos will be abided by. The final stage is implementing the plan and research, with a long-term care package to maintain its effectiveness. Each plan will be unique to the needs of the client, with some areas potentially being extended.
