Gaps of Governance

To ensure gender is translated for each cultural norm, the analysis of every layer of governance is needed. The area of governance we cover are currently:

  • Technological Governance, such as AI.

Each has an unconscious bias that research shows affects gender equality significantly. The analysis can pinpoint the cultural misconception at a governance level to ensure the misconception will not be fuelled by this element. By understanding the clients gaps of governance, the process will provide a efficient and inclusive way of governing each client.
