Pomegranate House uses the idea of “global therapy” to understand the “self”, as an individual and as a company.

Each project plan will go through a workshops, seminars and training session with the clients staff/core population. The main focus will look at:

• personal misconception,

• tackle how we have created these perceptions that can be harmful

• dependant on what specific issues are highlight, we will design academically sound sessions.

We provide an opportunity to teach and train individual how the application of theory can effectively be used to combat any bias. This looks at leadership, human resources, and corporate culture.

Each session will be culturally sensitive, and ensures we tackle what limits the company from being diverse or equal, without allocating blame. Pomegranate House’s network of skilled professionals and academics, can provide the most effective teaching, counselling and advice to ensure any misconceptions can be discussed in a safe platform. Each client will be assessed on the amount needed.
